Greenway Associates specialise in high-end and complex hospitality venues, such as restaurants, bars and clubs.
FONDA - Heddon Street, London
Greenway Associates were appointed as Cost Consultants and Contract Administrators for this comprehensive renovation. Fonda is the latest venture from Santiago Lastra, the chef behind the Michelin-starred restaurant Kol. It brings the rich culinary traditions of Mexico to London, offering regional classics made with top-quality ingredients and refined modern techniques.
THE GROUCHO CLUB - Soho, London
Greenway Associates have commenced work on the iconic Groucho Club situated in the Bohemian heart of London’s West End. Its private members are mostly drawn from the publishing, media, entertainment and arts industries.
MAISON ESTELLE
PRIVATE MEMBER’S CLUB - Mayfair, London
Greenway Associates are proud to have been involved as the Quantity Surveyor for Ennismore’s first private members’ club under the Maison Estelle brand. The club offers members four dining experiences and 11 drinking venues, a nightclub and curated retail space.
THIRTEEN &
DIAL8 BARS - Soho, London
Greenway Associates were the QS & PM for these newly launched eclectic bars as part of the Chateau Denmark development - a boutique hotel and collection of luxury rooms and apartments over 16 buildings. Thirteen Bar is full of gothic luxury, with Dial8 as the adjoining private club in the basement.
SEXY FISH
RESTAURANT - Mayfair, London
Greenway Associates provided Quantity Surveying services for this extravagant seafood restaurant, for the well-known Caprice Group. Sexy Fish is more art gallery than restaurant and is known for attracting the celebrity crowd.
FIRMDALE HOTELS
RESTAURANT & BARS - London & New York
The F&B offerings that adjoin Firmdale hotels are designed to do much more than simply cater for hotel guests. Each restaurant and bar is a thriving businesses in their own right, entertaining both local crowds and celebrity guests. Designs often include visible cook lines, multiple private dining rooms, heavy FF&E, demanding OS&E and locations that include basements, rooftops, courtyards and an orangeries.

PRIVATE MEMBER’S CLUB - Mayfair, London
Greenway Associates provided feasibility and concept cost planning and procurement advice for this world class member’s club. Having recently relocated from their original location in Berkeley Square, to a new Berkeley Square residence, we assisted in the move.

AQUA SPIRIT
RESTAURANT & ROOFTOP BAR - Oxford Circus, London
Greenway Associates provided Quantity Surveying services for the refit of this glamorous restaurants first outing in the UK, which included an open-air rooftop bar. The restaurant can accommodate up to 170 seated guests or 800 standing, with indoor and outdoor zoned spaces, private dining rooms and banquette seating.
Retail
Greenway Associates are often involved with the fit-out of retail shops, such as high street cafe’s and restaurant chains.
LUCKY VOICE
WATERLOO & VARIOUS OTHER SITES
Greenway Associates are the appointed Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor for the expansion of this very popular London Karaoke Bar brand. The Waterloo opening will be their 6th location in the UK, in addition to their Dubai branch.

DINE-IN & TAKE-AWAY SHOPS - Various UK Sites
Greenway Associates are currently providing Quantity Surveying services for this collection of highly stylised Korean takeaway stores & restaurants, led by celebrity chef, Judy Joo. The stores will be in various locations in the UK.
HAM YARD RETAIL VILLAGE - Soho, London
Greenway Associates completed 5 retail units as part of the Ham Yard Village development.
