Grand Egyptian Museum
In 2004, Jamie Kessack and Mark Greenway began work as Cost Consultants on the permanent exhibition spaces in the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM). Over the following 7 years, Greenway Associates collaborated closely with the exhibition designers and master planners, providing essential cost planning, market research and procurement strategy services during the museum's early design development stages.
In 2019, Greenway Associates re-engaged with the Grand Egyptian Museum project during the procurement and construction phases, focusing specifically on cost reviews for the two main galleries.
The museum partially opened its main galleries in October 2024.
MANUELA
New York City
Greenway Associates were appointed as Quantity Surveyor for Manuela NYC, a unique dining concept teaming with dramatic and inspiring site-specific commissioned artwork.
Manuela has been created by our esteemed client, Artfarm, and is named in honor of Manuela Wirth, co-founder of Artfarm and the Hauser & Wirth Gallery.
NAOMI In Fashion
V&A Museum, South Kensington
Greenway Associates were the Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors for this exhibition.
The exhibition is a vibrant celebration of Naomi Campbell’s illustrious career in the fashion industry, highlighting Naomi's iconic moments and her impact on fashion
It officially opens to the public on June 22nd, 2024 and runs until April 2025.

Tribeca, New York City
The Warren Street Hotel is a celebration of contemporary art and design. It is the third New York hotel for Firmdale Hotels. Greenway Associates were the Cost Consultants for this project.
HOXTON HOTEL
Shepherds’ Bush, London
Greenway Associates were the QS and PM for the initial works to the newest hotel offering from the Hoxton brand, by Ennismore.
YOUNG V&A
Bethnel Green, London
Designed with and for kids up to 14 years of age, its purpose is to inspire young people. Greenway Associates were the Cost Consultant for both Base Build and Exhibition Fit-Out.

Known for its captivating exhibits and interactive experiences, Showtown offers a nostalgic journey through Blackpool's legendary entertainment scene.
OMAN ACROSS AGES NATIONAL MUSEUM
Muscat, Oman
Greenway Associates were the Cost Consultant for this new national museum that celebrates the rich cultural history of Oman.
The museum is one of the largest of its kind in the Gulf region and was commissioned by His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said al-Said.

At Greenway Associates, we’ve had the privilege of working on some of London’s most exciting hospitality projects, helping restaurateurs bring their culinary visions to life. And now, one of the hottest trends—both literally and figuratively—is the rise of live-fire cooking. Across the capital, chefs are trading in gas and electric for wood and charcoal, tapping into the primal allure of open flames.
William Morris Gallery, uniquely devoted to the designer, craftsman, and radical socialist William Morris. Greenway Associates were appointed as the Cost Consultant and Project Manager in the refurbishment of this gallery, which is currently ongoing.
Greenway Associates first came into contact with Ab Rogers almost two decades ago, when we worked together on the Tate Modern Public Concourses. We went on to work together on various other cultural projects and exhibitions in London, and it was always evident to us that Ab’s passion for user-led design would take him far. We interview Ab Rogers in 2024, on the topic of Brutalism, and whether it’s back in UK’s good graces.

We have 3 x 1st Edition Prints of “Brutalist Buildings of London” - a Set of 2 Posters, by artist Mai Sommer to give away. The artworks details 11 iconic Brutalist buildings that stretch across the London landscape, as well as the concrete used in their construction. All you need to do is email us and tell us where you would hang it.
William Mitchell was a renowned artist sculptor known for his contributions to brutalist architecture. This article features some of his art which was done in concrete and other humble materials.

In our most recent cost plans for the nation’s newest hospitality venues, we keep coming across Natural Clay Plasters from Clayworks. With so many variables and factors to consider in achieving this look, Greenway Associates developed a natural clay plaster cost calculator as well as some value-engineered options to achieve a similar look.

Trellick Tower has a twin called Balfron Tower, which is currently being redesigned by Ab Rogers, whom we worked with on the Tate Modern Public Concourses many years ago.
