NEW PROJECTS: Warren Street Hotel, New York
Warren Street Hotel commenced construction in March 2021, and is due to open in February 2024. The new hotel will be Firmdale’s third hotel in New York, alongside Crosby Hotel and The Whitby Hotel. Greenway Associates is the Cost Consultant for this project and Mark Greenway is leading our team.

The Warren Street Hotel will be a celebration of contemporary art and design. It is situated in Tribeca, lower Manhattan between West Broadway and Greenwich. Firmdale broke ground in March 2021, at 86 Warren Street, a previously disused car park.
The Warren Street Hotel will feature 69 individually designed bedrooms, suites and residences over 11 floors, each with full-length windows, some with private garden terraces and spectacular skyscraper views of lower Manhattan and the Hudson River. The hotel will also feature a restaurant, drawing room, orangery, bar and private events space with Firmdale’s distinct interiors by Kit Kemp Design Studio.

Greenway Associates have worked on 9 Firmdale Hotels in London and 3 in New York over the last 25 years. Firmdale Hotels was founded in London in 1985 by Tim and Kit Kemp. In 2010, they opened their first New York Hotel - Crosby Street Hotel, followed by The Whitby in 2017. Paul Taylor of Stonehill Taylor is the appointed architect for all 3 Firmdale hotels in New York.
The hotel is due to open in February 2024 and early reservations are being taken now via the Firmdale Hotel website.
