Rossferry: A Caribbean Hideaway

Rossferry mixes Kit Kemp design and Firmdale service with Caribbean chic, offering an opportunity to indulge in island living at its absolute finest. The facilities and staff offer the best in lifestyle and holiday experience on the sheltered West Coast of Barbados. Standing in its own 2.5 acre garden with beautiful views over the Caribbean, Rossferry is situated on the exclusive residential Sandy Lane estate within easy reach of fine restaurants, shopping and world class golf courses. 

OUR ROLE

Greenway Associates were commissioned by Firmdale, and worked alongside designer Kit Kemp to assist in the cost planning and procurement stages. Mark Greenway was our project leader on this exhibition.

THE PROJECT

Upon entering the property, Rossferry features a glamorous hallway with unrivalled views over the Caribbean. The property features a more formal drawing room as well as a relaxed furnished terrace with spectacular views of the sea and the stunning evening sunset. The four spacious, fully air-conditioned and individually designed bedrooms have king size beds and luxurious marble and stone bathroom. Each has its own private covered terrace facing the pool or gardens. There are three dining areas, with the inside being more formal, a terraced dining area which is more relaxed and a poolside gazebo for dining too. The 25 metre swimming pool has views of the sea and surrounding landscaped gardens.
